SLYO TORONTO- CARE PACKAGES FOR THOSE IN NEED
2nd Annual Sharing is Caring in the streets of Downtown. SLYO Toronto –Chapter this February to make and distribute 150 care packages for the homeless in downtown Toronto in collaboration with Buddhist Youth Council (BYC), Canada A Kindful Nation, and Mississauga Westend Buddhist Temple. SLYO and BYC is accepting donations of food (sandwiches, granola bars, fruits) and clothing (socks, hats, mittens, lip balm, gum, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes). While monetary donations are also welcome, we highly encourage you to do so well in advance of January 24th so we are able to purchase items that are still needed.

At SLYO, we strive to empower the lives of youth in the Los Angeles community through our variety of programs. Our Youth Workshops is designed to provide youngsters with all the tools they need to be great leaders tomorrow. We are happy to be the driving force behind the development of our children, and hope to continue making a difference in their lives.
SLYO empowers youth in the greater Los Angeles area to reach their fullest potential through a wide range of services. We care about our children and provide them with a number of enrichment programs to help shape their identity.
