Through producing and hosting leadership empowerment or education conferences and programs, SLYO provides the youth community with exposure to high profile speakers and focused networking opportunities. SLYO also provides platforms for individuals to discuss and project their opinions on important issues in the community and in the world. It allows youth to develop their creativity and form new and long-lasting relationships. Leadership empowers SLYO youth with the opportunity to change the world and lead a better future for themselves and others.
